Charlotte Elaine Brown, a 29-year-old mother of three, was last seen on April 5, 1973, in Cleveland, Ohio. A friend dropped her off at the Rapid Transit station on 55th Avenue, and she has never been heard from since. At the time of her disappearance, she was wearing a red waist-length jacket, a gray sweater, blue jeans, and carrying a black purse. She stood around 5'3" to 5'4" and weighed approximately 105 pounds, with brown hair, and she was known to wear wigs.
