Michael Ray Simmons, age 36, was last seen on August 23, 1995, in Scotts Mills, Oregon. At the time of his disappearance, Simmons was renting a van, which was later found abandoned on Crooked Finger Road, a remote area near Scotts Mills. The discovery of his van raised concerns, but it wasn't until three years later that his clothing and identification were found in the same vicinity, deepening the mystery surrounding his case.
