Adam Johns, a 33-year-old man, was last seen on October 2, 2014, near 35th and Oregon Street in Springfield, Oregon. Johns, who had physical and mental disabilities, was described as 4'11" and weighing around 110 pounds at the time of his disappearance. He was last seen wearing a green Oregon Ducks sweater, light blue jeans, and black shoes. He also had distinctive physical features, including a reddish beard, a tattoo on his chest, and a name tattoo on his shoulder.
