Melvin Eugene Halbert, 47, was last seen on May 19, 2000, in Gold Beach, Oregon. Despite extensive efforts to locate him, Halbert has remained missing for over two decades. Standing 6'2" tall and weighing around 210 pounds, Halbert was described as having shoulder-length brown hair, a mustache, and brown eyes at the time of his disappearance.
