In the late summer of 2005, a 43-year-old man named Kevin Daniel Elkins vanished from the streets of Eugene, Oregon. On the morning of September 14th, he was seen at a bank in the vicinity of 10th and Oak Street, a routine stop to pick up his weekly money. This ordinary transaction would be the last confirmed sighting of Kevin.
