Robert Patrick Richter, age 46, was last seen on June 1, 2003, near his home in Fort Myers, Florida. He has not been heard from since, and few details about the circumstances of his disappearance are available. Richter is described as being 6'1" tall and weighing around 180 pounds. He has brown hair, brown eyes, and a distinctive patch of bright white hair on the back of his head, along with a significant scar.
