Scott Williams, a 31-year-old male, was last seen on February 14, 1996, in Fort Myers, Florida. At the time of his disappearance, Scott stood about 5'9" and weighed 165 pounds, with blond hair and blue eyes. He had distinctive tattoos, including a shark on his right bicep and a snook fish on his left bicep.
