On December 15, 2020, Dylan Matthew Harr, a 20-year-old resident of Barrackville, West Virginia, lost his life to gun violence in Fairmont, West Virginia. Dylan was born on April 4, 2000, in Fairmont and was identified as the victim in a shooting incident that occurred on the same day of his death.
