Phillip John Koss, aged 24, was last seen on March 12, 1995, in Fort Myers, Florida. Koss, who had been living in a group home on Van Buren Street, left the residence around 5:30 p.m. and never returned. He had been residing at the group home following a nervous breakdown, and he was previously a student of music and mechanical engineering at the University of Florida.
