On a spring day in 2012, a 25-year-old man named Victor Manuel Hernandez Ojeda found himself at a life-altering crossroads near the U.S.-Mexico border. It was April 22nd when Victor, in the company of a relative, attempted to cross into the United States at Nogales, Arizona.
