Mr. Angel Arraiga Gutierrez was detained by Mexican police in the town of Altar, State of Sonora, while he was on his way to Texas. He was detained and released by Mexican police on March 28, 2010 and told family members that he intended to cross into the United States with an unknown final destination in Texas.
