On February 1, 2010, 32-year-old Carlos Enrique Pena Romero was last seen in Nogales, Arizona. A Hispanic male with brown hair and distinctive honey-colored eyes, Carlos was crossing the U.S.-Mexico border when he disappeared. At the time, he was between 5 feet 7 inches and 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighed between 158 and 178 pounds. He has a scar from a recent cut on his left eyebrow.
