Decedent found on floor of residence reportedly used by smugglers. He is believed to be an undocumented border crosser who was apprehended by USBP in 2008 and at that time provided the name Romairo Robledo Bariaz. He told USBP he was from Mexico, but the Mexican Consulate has not been able to confirm the name or nationality. Recent match in AFIS to a record under this same name.
