Hector is described as a Hispanic male with brown hair and brown eyes. At the time he went missing, he stood at approximately 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighed around 165 pounds. He has several distinguishing marks, including a scar on his forehead, another on his lower back near his tailbone from a burn, and a mole on his right cheek close to his nose. When he was last seen, he was wearing a red shirt with thin stripes, a sleeveless white t-shirt, black jeans in a size 34, and blue checkered cotton boxers. He also had on white socks and white Guess brand tennis shoes in a size 8. For accessories, he carried a light brown imitation leather wallet that held prayer cards of the Virgin of Guadalupe, the Virgin of Carmen, and Saint Jude, and he wore a black imitation leather belt with a silver buckle.
