Kathleen Edna Rodgers, a 16-year-old girl, was last seen on March 3, 1973, in Oroville, California. She had been living with her stepmother at the time, and following an argument at their residence on Keko Street, Kathleen left the house around noon. Her stepmother reported her missing later that day.
