Jose Ramon Bernal, 28, was last seen on August 26, 1996, leaving his residence in Miami, Florida. At the time of his disappearance, he worked as a mechanic and was known to frequent the Hialeah and Kendall areas. Bernal may have been in the company of someone else when he vanished, and foul play is suspected in his case.
