Todd Edward Lucchesi, a 28-year-old man from Fremont, California, was last seen on May 31, 1999, near Downieville in Sierra County. He had been staying at his family's summer cabin, located near the Yuba River, and was reported missing on June 3, after his brothers returned to the cabin and discovered he was gone.
