Robert Mayer, a 46-year-old electrician from Dix Hills, New York, went missing on June 14, 2013, under mysterious circumstances. He left home early that morning to work at a construction site in Brooklyn. Around 9:00 AM, he spoke with his wife, Ida, to discuss their upcoming Father's Day plans. By 2:15 PM, security cameras captured him at Arrow Scrap yard in West Babylon, where he sold scrap metal for $300.
