Marcell Byers, a 19-year-old from Youngstown, Ohio, was last seen on July 11, 1989. On the day of his disappearance, Byers was standing on a street corner with friends when a white man in a compact car approached them, asking where he could buy drugs. Shortly after this encounter, the same man, driving a gray and black Jeep Cherokee or Ford Bronco with Florida license plates, returned.
