Charles King Blanche, a 39-year-old man from Youngstown, Ohio, has been missing since December 28, 1991. Blanche lived in a group home on the south side of Youngstown, where he was being treated for a severe mental illness. His condition required medication, which he had with him when he disappeared. There are reports that Blanche may have taken a bus to Florida to visit a sibling, though this has never been confirmed.
