In the summer of 2012, 68-year-old Ronald Bernard Rankin vanished from the city of Youngstown, Ohio. He was last seen on July 18, 2012, and has not been heard from since. At the time of his disappearance, Rankin was described as a Black male with gray hair and brown eyes, standing at 5'9' and weighing around 150 pounds.
