David James Barlow, a 26-year-old man from Indianapolis, Indiana, was last seen in early July 1995, and he was reported missing on July 7. At the time of his disappearance, Barlow frequented the east side of Indianapolis and did not own a vehicle. He was scheduled to testify in court around the time he went missing, leading to speculation that his disappearance could be related to his upcoming testimony.
