The story of ten-year-old Nakota Kelly is a deeply saddening one that began with his disappearance on July 18, 2020, from Indianapolis, Indiana. Nakota, a biracial boy with brown hair and brown eyes, lived with his mother in Wabash, Indiana, and had court-ordered weekend visitations with his father, Anthony Dibiah, in Indianapolis.
