Phillip Wayne Gagen, a 47-year-old man, disappeared from Indianapolis, Indiana, on October 3, 1995. At the time of his disappearance, Gagen was described as 5'10" and approximately 185 pounds, with graying brown hair, brown eyes, and a short, trimmed gray beard.
