Scott Allen Wright was a white male with brown eyes, standing at 6 feet tall and weighing approximately 190 pounds. He had distinctive tattoos on his chest, as well as on both of his arms and hands. The incident that led to his disappearance happened in the morning, around 10:40 a.m., near Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. Despite the rescue of the other two men, an extensive search for Wright proved unsuccessful, and he was never located.
The Kootenai County Sheriff's Office was the investigating agency in this heartbreaking case.
