Kyle Tolley, a 17-year-old from Idaho, was last seen on August 17, 2001, while camping with his brother and a friend in the Pine Flats area of Boise County. The group had been using drugs that night, and the following day, Kyle’s brother, his friend, and another person were arrested by the police, all of whom were still under the influence.
