Ssamali Kwatia, age 4, was last seen on March 31, 2013, in Lake Bluff, Illinois. She was allegedly abducted by her non-custodial mother, Joan Kiyenje. On April 11, 2013, a felony warrant for child abduction was issued for Joan. Authorities believe they may have fled to either Kenya or Uganda, as Joan has ties to both countries.
