Leeanne M. Francois-Dornbusch, a 51-year-old woman, was last seen by her family outside the Rockford Public Library in Rockford, Illinois. At the time of her disappearance, it is believed that she may have been experiencing homelessness within the Rockford area. Her family last had contact with her at this location, and concern grew when she was not seen or heard from again.
