Jamie Harper, a 20-year-old from Paxton, Illinois, was last seen on March 10, 2007, after attending a party in Rantoul, Illinois. She had left her mother’s house the previous evening with a male companion to go to the gathering at Laurel Drive. She planned to spend the night at a friend’s house but never arrived.
