Fredrick James Workman, 15, disappeared on August 2, 2013, from a juvenile facility in Des Moines, Iowa, where he was staying at the time. Fredrick, who was originally from Fairfield, Iowa, had been told by his probation officer that he would not be allowed to return home until he completed the program at the facility.
