Elliot A. Spikes, a 34-year-old male from Painesville, Ohio, tragically passed away on August 27, 2017, from a gunshot wound. He was found in the early hours of the morning in the 130 block of West Jackson Street. The Painesville Police Department responded to the scene and took him to the hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries. The case was investigated by the Painesville Detective Bureau, but no arrests were made immediately following the incident.
