Rafael Valles Moreno, a 37-year-old man, was last seen on August 30, 1982, at the Pastime Bar in Escondido, California. He was reportedly in the company of three Hispanic men that evening. Shortly after, on September 1, 1982, Moreno's vehicle, a van, was discovered abandoned in a field in Poway, California. Despite efforts to locate him, Moreno has not been seen or heard from since that night, and the circumstances of his disappearance remain unclear.
