On the morning of 07/18/1990 the decedent, an unidentified Hispanic male was found by San Onofre Security Guard underneath interstate 5 on San Onofre Creek. It appears that during the darkness hours the decedent was on foot near a Border Patrol check point when he apparently jumped over a highway guard rail and fell to his death.
