Venita Gannon Missing Person Case

Venita Marie Gannon, a 40-year-old woman, was last seen in Albuquerque, New Mexico, on September 1, 1988. At the time of her disappearance, she was living on the streets and battling addiction to illicit drugs. Venita was also known to use several aliases, including Venita Smith and Venita Setterlung. Described as 5'1" tall, weighing approximately 105 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes, she had a distinctive scar on her chest from a gunshot wound.

Venita was last seen in her 1970s blue Chevrolet Monte Carlo, which was later located after she vanished. Despite this, very few details are available about her case, and her whereabouts remain unknown. The Albuquerque Police Department continues to classify her case as endangered missing, and authorities have been unable to determine whether foul play was involved.
