Barry Vincent Rodden, a 41-year-old man, went missing on August 27, 2000, while scuba diving near Pasco Reef, close to Anclote Key off the coast of Holiday, Florida. He was on a diving trip with his girlfriend, nephew, and three sons when he failed to surface after a dive. Despite extensive search efforts in the surrounding waters, no trace of Rodden was ever found.
