Fort Smith police say a 56-year-old man with the early stages of dementia is missing and hasn’t been seen in several days.
Donald Andrews was last seen the morning of May 19 by his sister who filed a missing person report May 21. Susan Russell brought food to her brother’s home the morning of May 20, but he was not there, police said in a press release Friday.
There were no signs of foul play inside the home on South 28th Street.
