Peggy Leslie McDaniel, along with her twin sister Patty, was last seen on September 15, 1979, in Pompano Beach, Florida. The twins, aged 17 at the time, had moved to the area from Live Oak, Florida, with two acquaintances, Marvin Warren and Eddie Gross. Shortly after arriving, the sisters found work, but they soon expressed a desire to return to New Jersey, where they had lived previously with their mother.
