Charles Edward Johnson, a 28-year-old man from Dunbar Township, Pennsylvania, was last seen in July 1981. His disappearance remained a mystery for decades, with little progress in finding out what happened to him. Charles was officially reported missing in the days following July 31, 1981, after he failed to make contact with friends and family.
