Frank Garcia, a 35-year-old man from Houston, Mississippi, was last seen on February 16, 1994. At the time of his disappearance, Garcia was walking along Highway 8 West, carrying two garbage bags filled with clothing, a 19-inch television, and a box of important papers. His family reported him missing a week later when he failed to collect two paychecks from his workplace and missed seeing his daughters on Valentine’s Day, an occasion he had never missed before.
