Lawrence Arthur Farrell, a 54-year-old man from Chelsea, Maine, was last seen on October 25, 2004. Known by the nickname "Larry," he was often seen riding a red pedal bicycle around town. His disappearance became more alarming when he failed to pick up his November SSI benefits, leading to his case being reported.
