Kenneth Starbuck, a 63-year-old man from Syracuse, Utah, was last seen on the morning of September 1, 2015. Starbuck, who suffers from a traumatic brain injury and a seizure disorder, left his home on foot without his necessary medication, making his disappearance particularly concerning. He was reported missing by his sister two days later on September 3, 2015.
