Ebonee Spears, a 30-year-old woman from Wilmington, North Carolina, was last seen on the night of January 15, 2016. Ebonee was reported missing after she left her apartment in the Hillcrest neighborhood, where she was acting unusually distressed. She was reportedly seen on surveillance footage entering and leaving the emergency room at New Hanover Regional Medical Center earlier that day, seeking help but leaving before receiving care.
