In the summer of 1986, a 17-year-old girl named Emma Jean Collins, affectionately known by her nickname 'Peanut,' vanished from Wilmington, North Carolina. She was last seen on July 10, 1986. At the time of her disappearance, Emma was described as a Black female with black hair and brown eyes, standing at 5'2' and weighing around 98 pounds.
