Carolina Vasquez, a 16-year-old girl from Atlanta, Georgia, was last seen on June 10, 2004. She disappeared after running away from a foster home with her infant daughter, Jade, who was born in 2003. Carolina, who is of Hispanic descent, has black hair, stands 5'1" tall, and weighed approximately 105 pounds at the time of her disappearance.
