Johnny Rex Cook Jr., a 36-year-old man from Madison County, North Carolina, has been missing since November 28, 2015. He was last seen at approximately 9:00 p.m. at a Walmart in Weaverville, North Carolina. Cook, described as a 6'1" Caucasian male with brown hair, blue eyes, and a distinctive tribal tattoo on both sides of his neck, was officially reported missing about a month later, on December 30, 2015.
