Clarence Earl Jenkins, a 48-year-old man from Tarboro, North Carolina, was last seen on March 12, 2006. Jenkins, a resident of the Britthaven Rest Home, an assisted living facility, was last spotted around 3:30 p.m. at the intersection of Speight Avenue and Fountain Street. He told a police officer he was heading to a nearby house, but he never arrived. Jenkins, who was carrying his dialysis bag at the time, disappeared without a trace.
