Robert "Bobby" Leo Biggs, 49, was last seen on December 27, 2016, in Chimney Rock Village, North Carolina. On that day, Biggs was spotted near his vehicle, a burgundy Subaru wagon, outside of an ice cream shop in the village. He was wearing a burgundy sweatshirt, blue jeans, and a baseball cap at the time of his disappearance.
