Sebastian Henderson Kelley was 30 years old when he vanished in June 2017, a disappearance that began in the Portland and Westbrook area of Maine after a frightening sequence of events. Online missing-person records list him as a Black man, about 5 feet 11 inches tall and roughly 190 to 200 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
