Richard Drouin Jr., 38, went missing on October 27, 2006, after a boating accident in the Kennebec River near Bath, Maine. Drouin was on a 16-foot motorboat with his father and another man when they struck metal cables under the old Carlton Bridge, causing the boat to capsize. While the other two men were rescued by nearby workers from Bath Iron Works, Drouin disappeared in the river's waters.
