Desiderio Castillo, a 31-year-old man, was last seen on November 1, 1987, in Barstow, California. At the time of his disappearance, he had been living between Barstow and Detroit, Michigan. The events leading to his disappearance involved a disagreement with his family. After leaving the scene, Castillo never returned, prompting his family to search for him, including in Michigan, but with no success.
